Men Share The Myths About Them That Are 100% Untrue And Annoying
We joke a lot about how men are trash and how they're kind of all the same. But, all joking aside, that really isn't true.
Just like there are with women, there are some unfair stereotypes about men that aren't true for a lot of them, and they find these stereotypes infuriating.
Looking At You, Sitcoms
I imagine that just like it's annoying for a woman to watch a bimbo blonde character on the TV, it's probably equally as annoying for guys to see men amble around and be useless husbands and parents.
Feelings Are Scary, No Matter What
Men get a bad reputation for not being emotionally involved in anything, including their relationships. A lot of people think that women will do the majority of the emotional lifting in relationships, and that might be true a lot of the time, but not all of the time.
Everyone Likes Being The Little Spoon
It takes a strong, secure man to admit that he likes to be the little spoon. I'm sure it's equally as true that some women like to be the big spoon because they like to provide comfort.
Someone Has To Make That Bread
We have to stop shaming stay-at-home dads. It shouldn't be weird or looked down upon when a woman is the one who makes more money. Dads deserve the chance to be parents just as much as women deserve to be successful.
Is Anyone Good At Multitasking?
Obviously, this person was making a joke about having to stop what they were doing to be mad, but thinking that no man is capable of multitasking kind of goes back to thinking how all men are dumb.
There Is More Going On In The World
All the way back to when they start teaching you sex ed in grade school, we are taught that guys think about sex every seven seconds, and that's pretty much it.
It's Just A Straight-Up Rude Question
Honestly, maybe the audacity of women asking about his shoe sizes is the same audacity that makes men think they can ask a woman they barely know their bra size. Just saying. Let's all ask each other better questions!
This Is A Big One
The stigma has to end that men can't be abused by women. A woman can hurt a man just like a man can hurt a woman. This goes for both physical and emotional abuse.
They've Known All Along
Is anyone else shocked to learn this news? All this time, I just thought that they were clueless. Turns out they just don't want to jump to conclusions before they have all the facts.
Yes, Preach!
Everyone in the world should be allowed to enjoy fruity drinks without shame! They're basically slushies with alcohol, and there is nothing wrong with that. Get that sugar, boys, and girls!
Let's Give Them A Break
Again, not every man in the world is thinking about sex all the time. If they're not in the mood, it could be because they are full or tired. Or they're just not in the mood—you don't need a reason!
Not All Men Are Pigs
Yes, most of us girls have had our fair share of encounters with terrible men, but that doesn't mean that all men should be seen as guilty until proven innocent. Believe it or not, though they may be few and far between, there are some good ones out there.
Read It Again!
More than anything else, we have to let men have the space to feel their feelings. No more of this "man up" garbage, because it doesn't do anyone any good. We can't be mad about someone not sharing their feelings and then think it's pathetic when they do.
You Never Really Think About This
There is a lot of pressure on women to look a certain way, but that same pressure exists for men. Think about it: we tell men they have to be a certain height to be worth even looking at. They can't help how tall they are!

OK, if you need to remind him every six months (haha), that isn't ideal. But there is something to be said about giving someone the time to actually do the things you asked them to do.

Sometimes, using the bathroom is the most relaxing part of our day, the only time we get to spend alone. Would you want to do that standing up? Or resting and sitting down?
This Is Important Information
Most men who are secure in themselves aren't going to be mad about a woman who knows how to stand up for herself and knows who she is. Every person is an individual and deserves to be thought of as such.
I've Never Thought Of It This Way
Just like there is nothing wrong with a woman wanting to be feminine and embracing that side of herself, a man is allowed to want to feel masculine. The importance is understanding the line between when that is good and bad.
Someone Had To Say It
You shouldn't ever be embarrassed about what is a totally natural thing. Any man who gives you a hard time about your period or is grossed out about it shouldn't be allowed to visit the area again.
Have Those Opinions
It's important to know that there are good men out there are who aren't going to feel like they have to be the dominant one in every situation. It's probably refreshing to be with someone who is sure of themself.
