Beer Company Puts Adoptable Dog Photos On Cans To Find Them Homes

If you enjoy the cool and refreshing taste of an organic, sustainable, and locally brewed IPA while also bragging about how much more socially woke you are to all your friends, then these are the brews for you. Now you can actually follow up on your philanthropist drinking habits by helping spread visibility to for dogs that need forever homes.

In a move that's 100% cute and 1000% genius, the North Dakota Fargo brewing company has done what we never knew we needed and started putting adoptable dogs on beer cans. If these aren't about to be the product placement in every party movie with Seth Rogan in it then I'm rioting.

The North Dakota brewery isn't barking up the wrong tree with their marketing—there's no better combination than adorable dogs and a good drink. Except for maybe a dog and a loving family.

For a non-profit event, Fargo Brewing partnered with local animal shelter 4 Luv of Dog Rescue to put the photos of good girls and boys on special cans. They packaged their 6-pack lagers with the photos and a little bit of information about a special dog. They call them "Oneder" dogs, and yeah, that's really wonderful and definitely warming my cold, dead heart.

We've all probably felt like the odd one out at the party at some point in our lives. Maybe it's been pretty obvious because you hugged the wall while holding your solo cup and said "I like this one" to every song that came on, or maybe it's been less obvious. Either way, the dogs on the cans share our socially awkward pain.

The beer can promotion with 4 Luv of Dog Rescue started because these special dogs have a hard time socializing and aren't invited to the potential owner meet & greets. So they put their pics on a can to help people get to know them a little better. Are you crying because I'm crying?

If you were wondering if these dogs were the real deal or a one-time thing, not to worry because they're furry friends that are completely ready to melt your heart and hopefully won't chew the living daylights out of your couch.

This sweet boy is Hobie, an adorable little man who is loyal, loving, and apparently "eager to learn new things." Well, Hobie, that makes one of us but I'm willing to try for you... especially if that means trying new beer flavors.
